WhatsApp Business API Integration
You can now send automated booking confirmations, check-in reminders, and post-stay feedback requests directly via WhatsApp. With WhatsApp being the primary messaging app for Nigerian guests, this dramatically improves communication rates compared to email.
Enhanced Reporting Dashboard
The new reporting dashboard gives you a consolidated view of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and revenue trends — all in one screen. You can now filter by room type, booking channel, and date range with one click.
Multi-Currency Support
Biodux now supports NGN, USD, GBP, and EUR natively. Rates can be set in any currency and automatically converted at live exchange rates for international guests.
Housekeeping Mobile App
Housekeeping staff can now receive room assignments, update room status, and report maintenance issues directly from their phones — no desktop needed.
What's Coming in Q2
